The deal puts Levenhall’s federal procurement intelligence (BRIDGER) and geopolitical operating picture (Levenhall Intelligence) inside AgenticScale’s enterprise AI platforms, OpenScale, Agentic Shield, and Private AI, and makes Levenhall AgenticScale’s go-to-market partner across the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, defense primes, and regulated dual-use customers.

AgenticScale’s platform is already running across finance, operations, and customer service for enterprise customers, with infrastructure partnerships through OpenAI, Microsoft, and NVIDIA. Levenhall’s role is the defense-sector overlay: the pre-RFP procurement signal that decides federal awards, the geopolitical and country-risk picture corporate risk functions use, and the cross-border regulatory tracking (ITAR, FOCI, CFIUS, DSGL, DISP) that allied technology firms have to navigate to do business inside the US national security customer base.
